Terms and conditions for Fred's Adventures

Terms of Sale

By placing an order with us, you are offering to purchase a service, representing that you are of legal age to form a binding contract, and representing that all information you provide to us in connection with such order is true and accurate and you are an authorized user of the payment method provided. We retain right to refuse any order request made by you. Prior to our acceptance of an order, verification of information may be required. We reserve the right at any time to accept, modify or decline your order. If payment has already been made or if your account has already been charged for the purchase and the order is cancelled, we will credit your account in the amount of declined or modified order.

We do our best to ensure that information on our site is complete, accurate and current. Despite our efforts, however, information on the site may be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date. All specifications, services, descriptions and prices are subject to change at any time without notice.

Data ownership

The content of the map and the information about the objects (including images, audio and texts) are the property of the map administrator. Fred's Adventures is the data processor.

When using third party material, the source must be properly cited. Fred's Adventures is not responsible for user comments and pictures left in or taken through the app.

Interpretation

Certain contract types may be subject to additional terms and conditions which will take precedence in case of any deviation from this Policy.

Disclaimer

We do not warrant that Customer's use of our Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or does not meet Customer's needs. Every Service we provide has free testing period or certain number of free users, so that the user can check that the service meets their needs.
